My client is a successful Directly Authorised Independent Mortgage and Financial Planning Brokerage.The companys main aim is to provide the best and most impartial advice available to its clientle.The firms clients are both UK and internationally based and they are often of a HNW nature.Due to business growth the company are currently looking for an additional Private Mortgage Administrator to join their established team based within their Royston office. There is real scope with this role for the successful candidate to progress into aTeam Leader position at the company.Key responsibilities: Job activities will include:Keying Mortgage applications into the different lenders systems - This in the main will include both commercial and bridging mortgage businessProviding administrative support to the brokersManaging the client service experience through to completion - speaking to the clients lenders and solicitors to ensure smooth progress of the applicationDetailing all conversations and actions taken inthe CRM System. Also becoming familiar with the mortgage sourcing system that is usedGathering original documents from clients, as required by the lendersLoading documents onto the system within the required compliance timescalesScanning file documents onto the system and being responsible for ensuring the final file meets the required compliance standardsEnsuring all work meets the required FCA compliance standardsContacting existing clients, to review their circumstances and productsAssisting the team with any other duties, as reasonably requested Key attributes:To be considred for this role you should have Mortgage Administration experience gained within the independent market, ensuring that you are familiar with multiple lenders mortgage products. In addition experience with commercial/bridging mortgage caseswould be advantageous (although not essential)
