Job Description

An innovative and agile marketing and advertising agency specialising in the education sector, our partner is punching above their weight and out-competing agencies much bigger than themselves. With a real focus on developing strategies specific to eachclients unique needs, they have a clear focus on helping their clients succeed.Reporting to the M.D, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a national and international marketing strategy
  • Working with the Key Account Managers to identify and address key marketing challenges
  • Building and leading an efficient marketing team
As the right candidate, you will have marketing experience either within an agency environment or within the education industry and, ideally, have been involved in developing marketing strategies from the ground up. You are self-motivated, are able to delivera good ROI, and you are able to adapt both your marketing strategy and your approach. You enjoy working in a small office environment and having a tangible impact on a business.This is an exciting role for any marketing professional looking to run a marketing function their way. Our client offers up to 60% work-from-home, flexi-hours, and will consider a 4 or 4.5 day week.
