Job Description

Leading Hertfordshire based organisation have a new opportunity for a Logistics Administrator to join their supply chain team initially on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.Logistics Administrator Job Overview

  • Support with coordination of shipments
  • Apply for required export documentation
  • Assist with the investigation and resolution of delivery issues
  • Liaise with hauliers to book transport
  • Liaise with customer care to pass on delivery info when requested
  • Process orders and control invoices
  • Manage and action return requests to ensure timely resolution
Logistics Administrator Required Skills and Experience
  • General understanding of logistics advantageous
  • MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A customer focused approach at all times
  • Logical problem solver with attention to detail
Logistics Administrator Benefits Offered
  • 24,000 per annum
  • 9am 5.30pm Monday to Friday
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
