Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an International Customer Service Advisor to join a growing, friendly team based near to Royston.Duties:

  • Monitoring the orders of the Department’s most demanding and challenging markets
  • Generating and ensuring that all paperwork for export purposes to approx. 33 countries, including Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, EUR1, Phytosanitary Certificate and many others Export Health Certificates, complies with all applicable laws, requirements and procedures for all destination countries (EU and Non-EU)
  • Managing international customers claims and dealing with complaints
  • Helping the company to maintain relations with partners
  • Managing and creating declarations to Customs of goods going by land, sea and air (CHIEF system)
  • Cooperating with local Chamber of Commerce and Embassies
  • Reporting to Export Manager and preparing presentations for customers
  • Working closely with Finance department and pricing the customers
  • Arranging the shipment with freight forwarders and ensuring that all instructions are provided to the operational team
  • Ensuring that all translations/labels are compatible with all market’s requirements
