Job Description

You will be responsible for the operational delivery of Human Resources within Senior Aerospace Thermal Engineering (SATE). Working closely and collaborating with senior managers and team leaders by providing sound advice and guidance to support efficiencies and productivity in employees through best class HR practices and HR service delivery.Human Resources Advisor Responsibilities:Support Senior Managers to develop, communicate and implement employee related activities such as - compensation and benefits, recruitment, performance development, legislative and other programs, as applicableProvide partnership for managers and team leaders while remaining connected with and approachable to employees in addressing HR issues such as employee relations performance and developmentSupport all grievance and disciplinary proceedings, advising managers and team leaders through the process to ensure compliance with company policies as well as consistency, respectfulness and fairness in the approach with employeesSupport the business’ recruitment needs: supporting managers through the recruitment process; continued analysis of cost effective and responsive recruitment attraction methodsManage the administration of the annual and mid-year pay review process ensuring qualitative data is readily provided to support pay review decisionsSupport managers with Performance Reviews, ensuring that timetables are adhered to, (annual and mid-year review) and provide guidance to managers and team leaders to support the development of an employee oriented, high performance cultureContinue with the development and on-going review of HR policies and procedures in accordance with company objectives and employment lawHuman Resources Advisor Requirements:CIPD part qualificationHR generalist background with a working knowledge across HR functional disciplines such as employee relations, recruitment, learning and developmentDemonstrable success in handling a wide variety of employee relations issues with a heavy focus on service deliveryWell organised with excellent administration skillsGood employment law knowledgeYou will have excellent written and oral communication skills and a positive approach to all areas of your workEffective communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels across the OperationProfessional, discrete and solid understanding of the importance of confidentialityProficient in MS Office including Excel and the ability to manage and work with data.About SA Thermal Engineering:Senior Aerospace Thermal Engineering is a leading aerospace components manufacturer, supplying aero engine and airframe OEMs and their Tier 1 suppliers globally.Using high technology processes, we specialise in hot and cold formed components in high temperature aerospace alloys, complex fabricated assemblies and thermal insulation heat shield and systems.Location: Royston, Hertfordshire, SG8 5JZJob type: Full Time, Permanent, 37.50 hours per weekSalary: £CompetitiveYou may have experience of the following: HR Coordinator, HR Advisor, HR Assistant, HR Administrator, HR Manager, Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Advisor, Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Administrator, etc.Ref: 95046
