Are you a commercially aware H&S Manager with the ability to engage, motivate and led a team Do you have over 5 years Health & Safety and Fire Safety experience in the residential, commercial or construction sectors managing policy, people, and budgetsAs Health & Safety Manager, you will be joining a company who has already built a strong estates management, residential property, and facilities service with a reputation for customer service. You will help drive the business to be at the forefront of health & safety and fire safety management. Leading this expansion and implementing the latest fire safety bill advice, working to achieve gold standards.You will be responsible for annual H&S and fire risk assessments of more than 500 estates, working with site, mobile and office-based teams, across multiple locations, including H&S policy and framework. You will provide advice, apply new legislation and good practice to obtain British Safety Council 5-star accreditation.You will also manage external remedial projects, deal with funding and work in conjunction with external consultants, the estates management team and fire engineers.You will need five years previous experience managing a team and budget, along with the ability to create Health & Safety policy and apply continuous improvement through a framework. Degree, GradIOSH or CMIOSH and a Level 3 Fire Safety qualification are desirable. You will be commercially aware, a good speaker who can motivate others and someone capable of selling the clients consultancy services.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and help support the business develop their Health & Safety and Fire Safety services.
