Job Description

Role: To lead our Ecommerce fulfilment operationReports to: Ecommerce & customer Services managerResponsibilities include:

  • Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring accurate and efficient daily fulfilment across all SKUs
  • Primary contact with 3rd parties i.e. Courier service to plan in collections
  • Work with the wider team (CS, finance, tech etc.) to communicate all relevant aspects of fulfilment and any key initiatives
  • Management/ordering & reporting of non-stock items (i.e. boxes)
  • Ensure good Health & Safety practices are adhered to at all times
  • Staff inductions & training
  • Set Team expectations daily/weekly
  • KPI management
  • Competent in the use of Windows Office Packages and WMS Systems
    • Requirements:
  • 2-3 years production management experience, ideally fulfilment and e-commerce within a retail, B2C DC environment
  • A natural aptitude for digital processes and systems
  • Proactive with a can-do attitude
  • Proven record of running a team of people in a fulfilment environment
  • Used to working in a fast-moving environment
  • Problem solver
  • Ideally having worked alongside additional shifts
