Executive Assistant to the Interim Director of HR6 Months£11.76 - 15.12 p/h PAYEMelbourn An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Executive Assistant to join a leading public sector client on 6 month basis supporting the Interim Director of HR. Your main responsibilities will include: * First point of contact with a wide range of people at all levels including high profile stakeholders within and outside the organisation * Provide administrative support and office management services* Manage and prioritise all incoming and outgoing correspondence * Ensure effective communications, the majority of which will be confidential and complex in nature * Full ownership of the Directors diary and understanding of conflicting priorities * Organising travel and accommodation * Processing invoices and POs* Coordinate and organise the wide range of weekly/monthly meetings and distribute all agendas * Organise venues, presentational equipment and catering arrangements You will: * Have a degree or equivalent experience * OCR Level 2 Diploma in Secretarial Skills or Equivalent * Exceptional organisation and communication skills * Shorthand/speed writing * Complex diary management * Previous secretarial experience at Director Level * Very good MS Office skills* Previous public sector experience is desirable For more information please contact Sammie Hurley at Advantage Resourcing.
