Demand Planner £45,000 to £55,000 plusbenefits Our client based in Royston are looking for a skilled Demand Planner to join their team. The Demand Planner is responsible for the development of capacity plans in line with annual operating objectives, and the analysis of sales forecasts and previous consumption,to position our client to deliver in line with customer requirement.This position requires a strategic thinker who can lead SIOP, demand forecasting, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive the success of our clients organisation.Primary responsibilities for the Demand Planner• Lead the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial planning.• Develop and maintain a collaborative SIOP framework that promotes effective communication and decision-making across departments.• Generate and maintain comprehensive capacity plans.• Optimise production capacities in coordination with the operations team, ensuring that resources are efficiently utilised while meeting customer demand and maintaining costeffectiveness.• Proactively identify potential risks in the supply chain that may impact the balance between supply and demand.
