Job Description

Customer Support SpecialistHybrid Working (Home based with regular meetups at coworking spaces across Hertfordshire & Cambridgeshire).A little about HolewiseHolewise enables a true Safe System of Work for Holes and Penetrations on construction sites. We provide a full ecosystem for health and safety of holes and their associated covers, with the inspection and compliance required.The Holewise System = Engineered Cover + Intelligent NFC Badge+ Software ApplicationWe are a small start-up, incorporated in July 2020. Weve been busy shaping our hardware and software and were preparing to launch by the end of the year.What you can expect This is a pivotal time for Holewise offering a great opportunity for someone bright, ambitious and keen to contribute to shaping a business for launch and it becoming established.We expect a sharp take up in the UK construction industry before Holewise expands globally. Reporting directly to the Founder and Managing Director your role as Customer Support Specialist will be varied with the opportunity for you to grow as the businessdoes, as we build our product range and increase our customer base. Working closely with the MD, youll gain an unmatched understanding of the business, and be well placed when new positions arise to develop your career as Holewise expands.Were a small team and naturally our roles are often fluid and fast paced. Youll be comfortable learning on the job, building your own knowledge across Holewises departments, and problem solving with the team to achieve key strategic milestones together.Your contribution will be fundamental to achieving our vision and driving our growth.You can expect to be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the sales pipeline, design and implementing onboarding training for customers, accountable for the onboarding journey.
  • Managing our Customer Portfolio - youll be responsible for all customer data within our CRM systems. As the key point of contact for all customers youll provide training and ongoing aftersales support. Part of this will be systems support for new users.
  • Working with your colleagues to fulfil customer orders/issues/returns smoothly, meeting all key KPIs.
  • Undertaking market research to contribute to Holewises competitive advantage.
  • Establishing the Holewise brand and Digital Marketing Strategy. You may not be a Marketing expert but you will have the opportunity to have a go. Where can you take the Holewise brand!
About youWere looking for a bright and ambitious individual who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in to make things happen. As someone who is self-motivated and not daunted by ambiguity, youll be keen to accept responsibility for tasks which mightbe new to you. Well rely on your honest approach, taking responsibility for a task; whilst encouraging you to ask for help when you reach a blocker.Youll be someone who wants to be an expert in customer experience strategies and CRM systems to leverage data to grow and scale a business.
