Job Description

Our client is a successful manufacturing business on the outskirts of Royston. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.Main duties will include:

  • Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Providing exceptional customer service to customers
  • Booking appointments for the external sales team
  • Promoting new products via outbound calls and email
  • Providing technical advice on products
  • Updating customers regarding deliveries
  • Liaising with the warehouse and 3rd party suppliers
  • Answering queries quickly and efficiently
  • General aftersales administrative support
The successful candidate will have:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • A strong work ethic and the want to get involved in a varied role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Calm and professional telephone manner
  • Good IT skills
