We are looking for a support worker who enjoys a challenge and can bring out the best in people, working in creative ways to encourage positive outcomes. To support the client to go shoppingand cook their own meals as well as support her with her daily living skills at home. To be able to use her car to support her to access activities as she very much enjoys travelling.
