**Terms and conditions apply to all benefitsThis is a great opportunity to join a well-established organisation that offers great career progression.What does this Care Assistant job involveHours of Work: 37 Hours Per Week Shifts: (This can vary) 07:30 - 15:00 / 14:00 - 21:30 + Alternating WeekendsDedicated to a personalised approach, our team orchestrates bespoke care that seamlessly aligns with the unique needs of each resident. From facilitating daily activities to tending to nutritional requirements, medication administration, healthcare facilitation,and personal care - we cover it all.Your role will encompass:
  • Document daily notes in care plans
  • Providing personal care services to residents
  • Supporting residents with their daily activities
  • Serving food and supporting with additional nutritional needs
Am I the right person for this Care Assistant jobWho we are looking for:
  • You’ll be naturally compassionate and patient, it is not necessary to have previous experience of working in a similar care environment because as long as you have a positive attitude and good communication skills, our first-class trainingwill do the rest.
  • You’ll be willing to undertake all aspects of care to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of our residents. Training will be provided
  • A willingness to be trained and to achieve Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • The ability to work shifts (including weekends and evenings)
  • You must be aged 18 years or over to apply for this job.
