Job Description

Summary Were looking for a Business Services Co-ordinator to join our team at Wimpole Hall.Youll be key to the smooth running of the Facilities Department for the Wimpole Estate, one of the most significant properties within the National Trust. Youll look after our Property Asset and Compliance Systems and ensure the estate operates safely andefficiently through high-quality administration and financial management. As expected for such a popular location, work at Wimpole is fast-paced, and youll build connections across teamsand with contractors alike. Business Services in such a beautiful and significant environment is uniquely rewarding.Click here for more information about this location What youll be doing Youll report directly into the Facilities Manager and work alongside 3 colleagues to deliver the compliance, maintenance, administration and conservation responsibilities of the Facilities Department. Youll be part of a property and region-wide BusinessServices Network to grow your professional development.While there are regular responsibilities in this role, such as financial management, you can guarantee that no day is the same, so youll be someone who loves variety as well as attention to detail.
