Job Description

JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator - Fixed Term ContractHOURS: 9am-5:30pm, Mon-Fri, 1hr lunchLOCATION: Royston - half an hour outside CambridgeSALARY: £22,000-£24,000 per annumSTART DATE: Offering immediate interviews!TERM: PermanentOffice Angels are delighted to be supporting our Client in Royston who are in need of an Sales Administrator to join their fantastic team! This is initially to cover Maternity leave, however for the right person this could be more long term! Our client is a creative, innovative international business who really support the growthof their team. You will be in an open plan office with a friendly team to support you!Do you think this sounds like youRead below for more information!As the Sales Administrator you will:

  • Provide first class customer service to both businesses and individuals - both over the phone and via email
  • Sales order inputting - training will be provided for the systems
  • Supporting with order queries
  • Meeting and greeting clients in the office and external events
  • Arranging couriers for sample products to be sent to prospect clients
  • Other administrative duties as the business requires
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have previous experience within administrative or office-based role
  • Confident with Microsoft Office packages, experience with Pegasus Opera 3 would be a benefit but not essential
  • Be a confident communicator who is not afraid to ask for help
  • Have fantastic customer services skills, and the best communication, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of time management and prioritising your workload
  • Want to be a part of a team, and support other team members
The offer!
  • A salary of £22,000-£24,000 per annum
  • The opportunity to attend events and learn more about the business

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (this is inclusive of 3 days for the Christmas shutdown period)
  • A fixed term contract until the end of February 2024, with the opportunity to go permanent
  • Working hours - Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm
