Year 2 class teacher Tradewind are working closely with a primary school in the Rotherham area requiring a teacher on a part time basis from January 2021 to cover a maternity leave in a Year 2 class. The role is 3 days a week Monday to Wednesday and will be a job share with an experienced member of staff. The school has schemes of work in place and is well resourced with an ICT suite and I Pads to integrate into lessons to engage your learners and the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the upper KS1 curriculum, encompassing the full teacher role including assessments, attending meetings and parents evening. In its last Ofsted inspection in February 2018 the school was deemed Good commenting that pupils made good progress and that the behaviour of students was good across year groups. The school is easily accessible from the M18 motorway and all staff have access to a secure car park throughout the day. There is a Covid secure risk assessment in place for the protection of all staff and students.
