Elevation Recruitment Group have an exciting opportunity for a Training Manager working with one of our contact centre clients based in Rotherham. This is a new role and will encompass a full generalist L&D/Training remit with emphasis on customer serviceand sales. The role will involve TNA, design and lots of delivery in the early stages to get things moving and colleagues equipped with the skills they need for this fast paced, growing company. The role is hybrid, time will be required on site to deliver training.As the Training manager, your responsibilities will involve:*Creating training programmes that are aligned with the organisations objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are.*Delivery of all learning interventions and development strategies including sales, product, customer services, systems and soft skills.*Working closely with various leaders across the organisation and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements*Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching*Analyse key people data and liaise with senior management and HR to decipher wants from needs.*Manage training budgets and forecast current and future costs. *Consider relevance of blended learning options such as coaching, mentoring, on-the-job training, classroom training, e-learning and simulation. *Co-ordinate the logistics of training sessions.*Update senior management and decision-makers on latest thinking.The ideal candidate for this role will need to have experience in the full training cycle and in the customer centric environments. You will need to be able to adapt and engage in different training styles whilst demonstrating positive energy and enthusiasmwith a can-do attitude.
