Could this be youAbout the Role:This role is to support up to 4 individuals at our supported living service in Rotherham. Here, you will support adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities with all aspects of every day living.As a superhero “Support Worker” you will deliver the highest quality support with all aspects of everyday living to encourage their independence and support them to lead the most fulfilling life possible, incorporating both therapy and social based activities.Whilst no two days are the same typically, you’ll help the people we support with everyday challenges such as personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, medication, attending health appointments, maintaining relationships and taking part in hobbies & activities.
