An exciting opportunity has become available for a Social Work Team Manager to join the Child Protection team in Rotherham. This position is: * 37 hours per week* Working hours Monday to Friday 9 - 5 - The team is made up of 6 social workers and 1 AP, you will have direct line management for these 7 Social Workers- The team hold work CIN, CP, PLO, Court proceedings - some LAC work will be held until ready to move over to Rotherhams LAC service. Rotherham has a duty team who deal with initial referrals- Work environment is currently largely work from home base, but opportunity on a rotated basis for teams to come into the main council building to continue to support team building and relationships.
