Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting a Senior Payroll Professional for a forward thinking business based in Rotherham, to support with managing the end-to-end payroll function including weekly and monthly processing, right up to periodend reporting and systems improvement. The business is going through internal changes and growth, so needs an experienced candidate, to be able to hit the ground running.The successful candidate will be employed initially on a 8 month Fixed Term Contract, with potential for extension or permanency and will provide a high-quality administration service to the company and payroll processing. *Offering flexible hours & hybrid home/office working; 3 days from home* Duties & Responsibilities:* Control all Payroll data, including inputting, deletion and updating - including starters/leavers, managing time and attendance system and data input* Issue all tax forms including payslips, P45s and P60s for all relevant employees* Process weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring all deadlines are met* Process and deal with all elements of employee pensions, including all aspects of auto-enrolment, pension changes while ensuring government legislation is always adhered to* Deal with all employee payroll queries* Assist with audit, legislative payroll reporting & requirements* Assist with TUPE imports and checking* Liaising with Site Based Employees to collect timesheets* Point of escalation for Payroll Administrator queries* Updating information into systemsElevation Accountancy & Finance are currently looking for individuals with the following skills and experiences:* Payroll experience Essential minimum of 3 years* PAYE, P11D and TUPE experience required* Strong communication skills * Must have strong system skills, as well as ideally strong Excel (LOOKUPS & PIVOT TABLES)* Available to start on short notice or immediately available to commit to 9 month assignmentOn offer is a competitive salary and benefits package, which includes:* Pension Scheme* 24 days annual leave (+ public holidays)* Life Cover equivalent to 1x times annual salary* 24/7 Employee Assistance Program and access to mental wellbeing app* Employee discount shopping schemes on major brands and retailers* Gym membership discounts * Cycle to work scheme * Broad range of learning opportunities, such as professional qualifications, collective / individual training, and personalized support programmesIf you meet the criteria for this role and are interested in being put forward, please do not hesitate to apply or contact Hannah Guy to discuss.Elevation Accountancy & Finance focuses on the recruitment of talented Accountancy and Finance professionals across all levels, from entry level trainees through to post qualified accountants.
