  • 08:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs (Days)
  • 20:00 hrs - 08:00 hrs (Nights)
    • The Role:Our Senior Care Assistants champion high quality care, compassion and resident dignity. You will work closely with a Deputy Manager and take on responsibility for the physical, emotional well-being and social needs of our residents. You will support and supervise a team of care staff, act as a role model delivering high quality care, and comply with clinical governance.About you:You will be an ambassador of Orchard Care Homes, liaising with GPs, health professionals and the residents’ families and friends, always promoting a professional and caring image of the home whilst championing our 6 core values; Enjoy Life, Welcoming, Kind, Professional, Positive and Respectful. Whilst it’s not imperative that you have a Level 3 qualification in health and social care, you need to possess your Level 2 and have a desire to achieve your Level 3 via our career pathway.About us:Welcome to Cherry Trees Care Home - A specialist residential and dementia residential care home in Rotherham.Located in Kimberworth Park near to the town centre, Cherry Trees is the only care home in Rotherham to be awarded Outstanding’ in Caring by our regulators CQC.
