Job Description

Sales Advisor / Telesales ExecutiveManvers, Wath upon DearnePermanent Full-Time Contract£17,004 a yearOTE £47,000Do you want to earn £2,500 a month in bonus Are you motivated and determined Do you want to work for the fastest growing broadband provider in the UK earning £47,000 a year If so, get in touch for a confidential chat!Our client has further plans to grow their outbound sales team and offer the right person the chance of a long term career working in a busy sales environment. Successful sales candidates will be working for a business that is relaxed in their approach but understands how to reward their employees.This role is working within their busy outbound sales team reporting to a sales team manager. You will be working over a 5-day week and have a competitive approach to daily sales targets.The Benefits:

  • The Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound warm calls to residential customers across the UK selling a broadband service
  • Warm leads fed from multiple channels including social media marketing, which means customers have requested to be contacted
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements to then sell back the benefits
  • Working from an outbound dialler CRM system
  • The Person:
  • Experience in any sales environment such as telesales or retail
  • Have a strong desire to exceed sales targets
  • The ability to engage, support and guide customers through the sales process
  • The Hours:
  • 5 day working week
  • 40-hour contract
  • Alternating weekly shift patterns
  • Shift 1 - 8.30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
  • Shift 2 - 11am - 7:30pm Monday - Friday with one day off during the week and 9am - 5:30pm Saturday
  • NO SUNDAY WORKING
