Job Description

Office AdministratorCatcliffe, Rotherham£21,508.50 p/aFull Time Permanent position (part time hours would be considered)A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a small but highly successful award-winning family business based in Rotherham for a highly organised and committed individual to work as part of their busy returns team as an administrator.The ideal candidate for this position will possess good organisational and administrative skills, be IT literate in all Microsoft applications demonstrating high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be proactive and professional with skillsin building key relationships both with the colleagues as well as external clients. The ability to work well within a close-knit team is very important.Communication will be key as you will be liaising with warehouse colleagues and manufacturers throughout the day, making this role varied and fast paced throughout.In Addition, you will need tenacity and assertiveness when dealing with returns to manufacturers and couriers.Experience within a retail environment is desirable but not essential.Day to day duties will include:

  • Processing returns to manufacturers
  • Processing returns from carriers
  • Taking photographs of returns and documenting the information
  • Selling open box products
  • Providing reports to the management team
  • Writing off and recycling process
  • Processing of manufacturers credit notes
  • Management of stock control of all returned products
