Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting a Quality Engineer for a key client in Rotherham.This is a key role for the business and one that will suit someone who is looking to work for a forward-thinking organisation that is looking to driveQuality Assurance throughout its process and products.As Quality Engineer you will report directly to the Quality Manager, with duties and responsibilities to include but are not limited to:

  • Root cause analysis
  • Customer complaint handling
  • Lead and facilitate non-conformance investigation and reporting
  • Product testing and ensuring product compliance
  • Data collection, collation and development of CI activities
  • Day to day management of QA lab ensuring good housekeeping & 5S initiatives
  • Calibration and management of lab equipment
  • Internal/external auditing
Essential skills
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Experience using quality tools including 8D, FMEA, RCA.
  • Knowledge/familiarity with ISO14001
  • Strong organisational, report writing and communication skills
  • Experience of internal auditing
  • IT literate and proficient in Microsoft office
