Job Description

Purchase Ledger Clerk - Immediate start Hellaby£24,000 - £25,000 D.O.EQuarterly bonusMonday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm12 week temp to permDuties:

  • Entering all purchase invoices onto the accounts system (Microsoft GP)
  • Generating and processing payment runs for suppliers
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Processing invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
  • Dealing with queries from suppliers either via phone or email
