Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with an industrial manufacturing company based in Rotherham to recruit a Project Design Engineer.Benefits of this role include:

This Project Design Engineer will play a key role in designing and developing robust solutions for heavy industrial applications.Other responsibilities of the Project Design Engineer will include:
  • Providing technical guidance and guidance to junior engineers
  • Utilising CAD software and other engineering tools to create detailed designs, drawings, and specifications
  • Designing and developing heavy steel structures, equipment, and machinery for industrial applications
  • Testing and validating prototypes and final products
We would be keen to speak with Project Design Engineers who possess the following;
  • Previous experience in the heavy steel industry
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other engineering tools
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, structural analysis, and material selection
