Staff 365 are looking to recruit a Production Team Leader for our client based in Rotherham.• Contract: Temp to Perm – immediate start available • Location: Rotherham• Salary: £10 to £12 per hour DOE• Working days/Hours: Days shift only - 4 on, 4 off including weekends on a rota. Start 6am and finish 6pm some flexibility is required.THE ROLEAs the Team Leader, you will have responsibility for directly managing a Production area. You will manage a shift comprising of production staff up to 10 + Operators, in order to achieve production schedule targets, whilst driving compliance in safety, quality and sustainability. You will continue to develop our internal talent and ensure our workforce are fulfilling their potential.
