Job Description

Upto £1000 INCENTIVE BONUS PAYABLE!Staff365 have a number of openings for Production Operatives, to join their vibrant and well established client who are a multi-national, industry leading, supplier of automotive car parts to leading automotive manufacturers across the globe.Details

  • Salary: £9.44 per hour for days and afters to £10.69 per hour for nights (paid weekly)
  • Ongoing full time positions- 37.5h with possible overtime paid at £13.37 per hour
  • Incentive bonus payable - £1000 payment for any agency member who works through to their assignment end date in 2022.
  • Location: Rotherham, S60
  • Monday to Friday - 8 hour shifts
  • Rotating Days (06:00-14:00) and Afters (14:00-22:00) or Rotating Days (06:00-14:00), Nights (22:00-06:00) and Afters (14:00-22:00)
  • Free on-site parking

The role:The role of the Production Operative is to work on and produce car parts for leading car firms across the world. This would suit any experienced Assembly, Factory, Manufacturing, Production, Line Operative or Quality inspector who enjoys hands on work, hasgood attention to detail, good with small parts and who take pride in the quality and care of their work.Duties:
  • Ability and willingness to operate automated machinery
  • Work to production targets whilst maintaining a good level of quality
  • Follow company procedures and verbal instructions accurately and safely
  • Demonstrate a good level of attention to detail and quality checking finished parts
  • Reliable. Good timekeeping and with an overall good worth ethic
