Production Manager (Production and Factory)RotherhamHighly Competitive Salary + Holidays + PensionUp to circa 50 hours per week – workload dependantProduction Manager required for a well-established timber manufacturing company with a 30 year history. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Production Manager or Production Supervisor looking to step up to join a successful company who have seen continuous growth and exciting investment projects.To apply for this role the successful candidate MUST have experience of working with timber/joinery and candidates with experience of staircase manufacturing experience is highly beneficial. CNC knowledge is also desirable for this role.The successful Production Manager will be an active presence on the shop floor and will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the factory. They will manage an 80 strong workforce with 3 Supervisors reporting directly into them. You will oversee and assist in the planning of production schedules and ensure production targets are hit, putting into place process improvements where possible. As the Production Manager, you will also be responsible for ensuring H+S measures and documents are up to date, organising machinery maintenance and ensuring ISO quality standards are maintained.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Production Manager or a Production Supervisor with strong management skills to join a well established company who have an impressive growth record.
