Operations Manager - Care HomesWest Yorkshire £45,000 - £50,0000 + monthly travel allowance (4 or 5 days salary reflective)Eclypse Recruitment have a really lovely position for an operations manager to cover 4 small care homes in West Yorkshire (Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster regions)This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-site manager to join an established small family care operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of 4 residential homes for the elderly in the West Yorkshire area ONLY. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Home Managers in the region, as well as the management, supervision and motivation of staff, maintaining and increasing occupancy levels, budget management and the overall performance of the homes.You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are provided across the portfolio and that good relationship with CQC and contracting authorities within the region are maintained.The successful candidate must have be confident to multi-site manage and must be committed to ensuring that high standards are maintained.We are seeking applicants with multisite experience within care homes.You must have the relevant qualifications to support your application and you must possess excellent communication and organisational skills. We are seeking candidates ideally with a management qualification and experience working within care homes.Salary is £45,000 - £50,000 working 4 or 5 days a week + monthly travel allowance YOU MUST BE A CAR DRIVER WITH ACCESS TO A CAR Excellent opportunity for someone whom is confident in their abilities to work autonomously in this rewarding role as Operations Manager in West Yorkshire
