Job Description

Marketing Data Analyst - £40,000 - Rotherham Attention Analysts! My client is looking for an experienced Marketing Data Analyst to come and join their team based in Rotherham. In this newly created role youll have the opportunity to build and mold the Data Infrastructure, as well as playing a crucial part in expandingthe business.Sounds good rightThe main responsibilities of a Marketing Data Analyst are

  • Using your expertise to turn data into actionable insights that will inform and focus the strategy and identify key wins that will drive business success.
  • Cleaning and validate the brands data asset and develop acquisition, retention and reactivation strategies.
  • Helping define the brands key performance indicators and design reports to track the businesss performance.
  • Using real-time insights to measure, refine and optimise the performance of all channels
  • Taking the lead on the brands eDM strategy by briefing, building, deploying and reporting on email marketing campaigns.
  • Designing and implement an effective, engaging and lucrative trigger and events strategy.
  • Constantly iterating, measuring, reporting and refining
Think youve got what it takes Well my client is looking for someone with the following experience
  • 5 years of professional experience with SQL, R, VBA, Python, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering data strategies and actionable insights that have driven commercial success.
  • Hands-on experience with MarTech tools such as Google Analytics, Magento, Shopify, MailChimp etc.
  • Experience of use large or complex datasets and maintaining and developing data modelling processes
  • Proven experience delivering marketing data & analytics solutions to B2C eCommerce brands
  • Experience delivering CRO & attribution modelling solutions
  • Experience implementing visualisation solutions e.g. Tableau, Qlik or similar
  • Experience & knowledge operating across CRM, Data Strategy & Campaign Management
