Job Description

THE COMPANY:Brewster Partners are working on an exciting Marketing Coordinator role with one of the leading manufacturing businesses in Rotherham. This role is for someone who shows enthusiasm for the marketing profession and will be able to the drive Marketing teamto achieve the companys marketing objectives.THE JOB:This position is an opportunity to really make an impact within a successful marketing team. Though not creative marketing this role requires someone who can share their experience with the team to help delegate tasks and support the Head of Marketing. Theywill be able to people manage and deliver in supporting the department.

  • Maintaining the social media presence across all platforms
  • Working with the Head of Marketing & Head of Communication to identify and distribute internal and external communication - this includes maintaining internal communication and external communication strategies
  • Track and monitor key social media analytics on a monthly basis
  • Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns alongside the Head of Marketing, Head of Communications and any other relevant parties
  • Creating and communicating of monthly reports
  • Building and maintaining PR relationships with newspapers and journalists
  • Collecting and collating newspaper articles - featuring both the company and any appropriate competitors
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines
  • Confident communicator and presenter
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Creation and keeping to all deadlines
  • Decision making (where applicable)
  • Making schedules
  • Understanding of the audience and their needs, delivering content that engages them.
  • Being trend aware and working quickly to maximise the opportunities.
  • Other duties in support of the wide marketing team
