Job Description

Here at Futures, we have been asked to find a Maintenance Planning and Scheduler to join a large ambient food manufacturing business as they expand production. The company supply all leading retailers with both branded and own label products and have a greatreputation within their field. Its an impreesive manufacturing set up and an opportunity to work alongside a supportive team of Engineers.Job detailsSalary – Up to £38,000Shift – Mon to Fri day shift, 8.00am to 4.00pmBenefits – Good benefits packageIndustry – Food/FMCGLocation – RotherhamThe role

  • Detail-oriented, exceptionally organized,
  • Able to manage complex systems
  • Excellent communication, math and analytical skills
  • Relevant computer software know-how
  • Successful Planner should have a few years’ experience, excellent time-management skills, and knowledge in organizational techniques.
  • Take ownership of work and is flexible.
  • Technical support for production when required
  • To maintain the highest standards in housekeeping.
  • To maintain the highest standards when completing paperwork.
The site
  • Large food manufacturing business with a long-standing history in the area.
  • Circa 600+ person site that is set to receive big investment over the next 2 years.
  • Supply most major retailers in the UK.
  • A mix of new and old equipment in a fully automated factory.
  • Settled engineering team of 26+ with a good mix of electrical and mechanical skills.
Qualifications/Experience required
  • Successful Planner should have a few years’ experience.
