Elevation Recruitment Group are exclusively recruiting for a qualified Financial Controller to join a longstanding manufacturing client to cover an interim period of 3 months.As FC you will lead the finance team along with the day to day financials, acting as a key link between finance and other departments in order to proactively manage budgets and forecasts. As the number one in finance you will be involved with a variety of otherduties including: - Working as part of the Senior Management Team to drive the business forward - Producing the management accounts pack and reviewing with the Senior Management Team - Manage cashflow and forecasting - Monthly forecasting - Preparation of budgets and variance analysis - Managing relationship with internal and external audit team - Oversee the management of order processing and the order book- Work with stakeholders at group level to address process improvements To be considered for this role you must have the following: Previous experience within a manufacturing environment Qualified accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA Technical knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Have excellent Excel skills and experience of dealing with large volumes of data Good business partnering skills Ability to lead, motivate and develop othersThis is a great opportunity to join a successful business gong through a period of change, and although initially a 3 month contract, there will be the potential to get involved with other projects across the group including an ERP implementation after thistime.
