Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a Rotherham based manufacturing business in the appointment of an Interim Engineering Manager. With a turnover of c£200m this is an excellent opportunity and will suit someone experienced in eithermaintenance / engineering management.As Engineering Manager your role will encompass all aspects of Maintenance; Operations; Health, Safety and Environmental; Continuous Improvement; Project Management with a firm view on finances and KPIs, whilst managing a team of 20.Engineering Manager - Duties & Responsibilities:* Work collaboratively with the wider management team to ensure short-, medium- and long-term plans are in place for the plant; new technology; legislative changes and cost reduction agendas not to mention any site projects incl. Capex* Develop and encourage a culture of CI.
