Job Description

RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a contact centre inRotherham who are looking to recruit a inbound sales advisor on a full time basis.If you have previous Sales Advisor experience and youre looking for an exciting new sales role, this could be the ideal role for you. They are seeking a full-time Inbound Sales Advisor in the Dearne Valley area, and the role comes with a salary of up to £29,143p/a plus excellent comp benefits.They work on a rotational shift basis Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 9 pm, and contracts are based on 40 hours per week.In this flexible working and collaborative Sales Adviser job, youll be part of an inclusive team working in a supportive and electric environment. You will be rewarded for proactively delivering exceptional customer service and taking the time to understandthe needs of each customer, providing service excellence with every step of the way.To succeed in this sales advisor role, you will require the following:

  • Sales or customer service experience, ideally Inbound Sales Adviser experience
  • The ability to work in a customer-driven environment
  • High motivation with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
Initially, this will be a remote-working Sales Adviser role due to Covid-19, but you will be working in our Dearne Valley site when its safe to do.In return for your skills, empathy and commitment, they are offering:
