ICT DirectorAre you a visionary leader with expertise in ICT education Here is an incredible opportunity to shape the academic journey of students across various schools. We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill the position for a Director of ICT.About the Role:We are in search of an inspiring ICT Director to play a vital role in our organisation. As the successful candidate, you will oversee the quality of teaching in secondary ICT in all of our schools, and guide student progress and attainment at GCSE and Alevel.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example to implement outstanding teaching and learning practices across our diverse range of schools.
  • Demonstrate a profound understanding of effective strategies for raising attainment and achieving excellence.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to support continuous professional development (CPD) for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Collaborate with Directors in other subject areas to enhance the overall educational experience.

Key Skills:
  • Experience of implementing systems and processesto aid learning, teaching and student development
  • An outstanding classroom practitioner
  • Experience and confidence in working with andengaging with parents and partner high schools
  • Management and experience of curriculum innovation
  • Ability to teach your subject to GCSE and A level
  • Working knowledge of Ofsted framework andprotocol
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Excellent communicator - sensitive and effective
  • Able to establish good working relationships witha wide range of people including students, parents,governors and colleagues
  • Knowledge, skill and intelligent use of strategies toinspire and improve outcomes for students

  • Confidence and experience in the use of ICT forlearning, teaching and admin
Qualifications :
  • Qualified teacher status
  • First degree or equivalent
