Head of Estates & FacilitiesFull time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per yearPermanentSalary; £41,808 per annumLocation; Rotherham, Dearne Valley and North Notts Colleges - Travel across all sitesAre you ready to take your next step in your career In the role of Head of Estates and Facilities, you will lead and manage the Group Estate and Campus based Facilities teams.You will effectively lead all facilities management services, including property repair and maintenance, building mechanical and electrical services, caretaking, cleaning, security, energy management etc. You will undertake detailed analysis of service provision as required and develop strategies and plans to improve the service in a cost effective, efficient and timely manner.Part of this role will include developing a proactive safety conscious team, whose members take pride and ownership in the College buildings and wider Group estate, who use their skills effectively, can work independently, are innovative in theirapproach, can problem solve and work collaboratively across the Group.Have you got what it takes to be successfulIn this role you will need to be adaptable, dependable, and flexible, understanding the need for the team to be customer focussed in its operation, communication and delivery of service. You need to be able to manage a large team.You should have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a facilities or operational setting. Additional to this, you should have experience planning and ensuring effective and efficient service delivery across multiple diversesites.You will have excellent customer service, good IT skills and hold Facility and project management qualifications.
