Job Description

Role: General Sign MakerSalary: Depending on experienceLocation: RotherhamHours: The hours of work are normally 40 hours a week, 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday - FridayOur client has been established for 30 years and have grown to be national market leaders offering a full range of signage and graphics services throughout the public and private sectors.We are now seeking a forward-thinking sign maker wanting to develop their career and to play an integral part in developing and growing our Production/Management team.Desired experience:

  • Skilled in preparing and applying graphics to a variety of substrates, including window graphics, and vehicles.
  • Good design skills using software such as Adobe Illustrator an advantage.
  • Experience of signage and confident with the use of power tools
  • Ability to interpret briefs accurately.
  • Manage workflow and be able to operate large format printers and plotters
  • Good attention to detail, communication skills and time management
  • An effective communicator and the ability to work within a small team
  • IPAF/PASMA/CSCS would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.
  • Driving licence essential
  • Successful applicants will be enthusiastic, able to work on their own initiative, flexible, a great team player, well organised and understand the importance of health and safety.
