FLT DriverAre you an FLT Driver that has worked in Manufacturing and looking for a new challengeA fantastic opportunity has become available for a number of FLT Drivers to join a well-known Manufacturing business based in Rotherham. The role will allow you to be part of a great team carrying out Despatch and FLT Driving duties within a fast-paced Manufacturingbusiness. The business is situated in a prime location with excellent public transport links.Working Hours: 3 shifts (Mornings, Afters & Nights)Salary: £23,513 - £27,513Key Responsibilities:* Perform daily safety checks on FLT vehicles to ensure the FLT is safe to use* Report any safety faults found on the FLT* Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures on site at all times* Scan off pallets and scan into bays* Check product coming into the despatch area meets quality and appearance standards* Load and offload trailers in accordance with hygiene, quality and safety procedures* Perform checks to ensure product pallet numbers are correct against order* Maintain hygiene and good housekeeping standards in the finished goods and despatch areas at all times* Strap, stretch wrap and restack product as necessary* Shred obsolete stock as necessary and when requested* Support running through break times and ensure continuation of despatch operations* Any other duties as requested and as per skills and trainingSkills & Experience:* Valid FLT licence and similar manufacturing experience* IT literate* Numerate and hold attention to detail/accuracy skills* Strong communication skills* Problem-solving ability and proactive attitude* Ability to work in a team and unsupervisedIf you meet the above criteria we would love to hear from you!
