Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading manufacturing business in Sheffield in recruiting an Export Coordinator. The position is responsible for co-ordinating and implementing exportation and transport. The ideal candidate will have a background working within either a global export role and have a strong working knowledge of shipping procedures. You will also have the ability to work to tight deadlines, work to a high level of accuracy and have a proactiveattitude to their work. Key Responsibilities: * Data entry into the systems/spreadsheets* Reviewing and processing documentation in a highly accurate manner* Continuous updating of databases and spreadsheets to ensure a clear audit trail is accessible should it be required* Liaising with internal and external sites and departments across the country* Preparation of exportation documentation for all exports and shipmentsElevation Business Support would be keen to speak to candidates with the following experience:* Good knowledge of Numeracy & Numerical data input* Computer Literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes* Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye to spot discrepancies* Good communication skills both on a written and verbal level* Being able to work within a quick pace & high-pressure environment* Knowledge of exporting goods is essential* Previous experience with freight marketsBenefits:* 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Healthcare * Pension scheme * Free car parking* Onsite gym facilitiesElevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on the recruitment of talented Business Support professionals across all levels.
