Job Description

Customer Service RepresentativeRotherham£10.50 per hourFull Time ContractNovax Recruitment is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Rotherham. This is a rolling contract working full time hours. The position is fully office based.Responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with queries and issues over the phone
  • Handling inbound calls with a high level of call volume, remaining professional and courteous at all times
  • Signposting for other services on behalf of the client, handle complaints and escalate when necessary
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • Assisting with general adhoc administrative duties, including typing, electronic filing, updating databases, completing forms and other tasks as required
Skills and experience required:
  • Contact centre/call centre experience required
  • Strong communication skills and telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills including a range of software and databases
