Role: Customer Care AdvisorSalary: £10.50PHLocation: RotherhamHours: Monday-FridayOur client has experienced a huge amount of growth over the last two years, with more exciting plans in the pipeline, and due to this growth, are now looking to recruit 2 Customer Care Advisors to join their team.The role:The main purpose of the role will be to provide an efficient and effective liaison / customer support service both builders and homeowners, ensuring that all commissioning, remedial and customer care work is carried out by the Service Engineer in a timelymanner on both pre-occupied plots and occupied homes. Duties will also include the booking of service appointments and daily diary management for the Engineers.The successful candidate:The successful candidate will have experience of working within a similar customer services role.
