Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a client based in Rotherham who are looking to appoint a new Customer Retention Manager.The main purpose of the role will be to convert sales leads driven from online activity, manage the field based agents diaries and utilise social media to drive both appointments for sales agents and sales for yourself. Responsibilities will include:--Speaking to customers over the telephone and conducting sales-Populating, managing and reporting on sales agents diaries-Using Social media to drive your business and to help meet your targets-To develop own pipeline of prospects-To develop customer prospects to meet weekly sales targets -Ensure that all compliance requirements are met during all processes-To be considered for this role you will need to be a proven sales person who is used to working in a target driven environment as well as a proven track record of exceeding your targets.
