Job Description

Cassette Repair TechnicianRotherham, Competitive Salary, 40. Hour’s working week, Permanent PositionWhat is the role of an ATM Repair TechnicianTo be able to repair the full range of cassettes found in our ATM estate.What will I be doing as a Cassette Repair Technician

  • The repair and refurbishment of cassettes across all of the estates (NCR, Wincor)
  • Ensure cassettes are repaired to exacting standards with stringent quality control measures
  • Use ATMs/equipment and test programs to diagnose and assist with troubleshooting
  • The shipping of parts to the field engineers
  • The updating of the tracking system
  • The repair and maintenance of test ATMs
  • The harvesting of parts
  • To help manage/maintain the cassette operation stock/holding areas.
  • To load and unload parts deliveries
  • Ensure all administrative aspects of the role are completed on time
  • Implement product upgrades and enhancements as and when required
  • Continuously assist in improving and refining repair processes to deliver improved part-life expectancy
    • What Will I Need to Succeed as a Cassette Repair Technician
  • PC basic skills
  • Ability to follow technical information and procedures correctly
  • Ensure all regulatory procedures are followed correctly
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
  • A methodical and systematic approach to troubleshooting and resolving faults
  • Full training will be provided.
  • Motivated and a team player and a willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail
  • Prioritise your workload and work to tight deadlines
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Potential to lift heavy equipment as and when required
    • Shift Pattern
  • 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
  • Weekend & weekday overtime may be required depending on the needs of the business
