Job Description

Based at our Rotherham site, this is a great opportunity to become part of an integral team who are operating in a high volume, fast paced environment. This role is not a design role, its an end-to-end customer focused delivery opportunity, balancingbetween interpreting, creating & producing digital drawings from the customers specification & requirement, and programming the Profile machinery.With heavy investment secured for late 2021 progressing into Quarter 1 of 2022 we are looking for the right individuals to help drive the company forward and be part of this exciting time for the business.CAD Technician Responsibilities:

  • Programming for Profiling machines such as: Laser, Plasma, Gas & Drilling.
  • Minimising waste & Scrap per program.
  • Responsible for machine workload & 0 running downtime.
  • Working with Operators to achieve Overall Equipment Effectiveness
  • Stock control, offcut management & reduction.
  • Inputting orders onto system & customer relation.
CAD Technician Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal, written & numeracy skills.
  • SigmaNest Experience is desirable however not essential. Basic CAD understanding with training offered for the right candidate.
  • Must have confident computer skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good organisational skills including the ability to manage time and prioritise effectively.
  • A positive flexible attitude and approach.
