They place candidates within healthcare, driving, manufacturing, construction, technical and industrial companiesThey are looking for an experienced business developer to join the team. You will work with the business managers to identify key clients and generate relevant leads in order to grow the client base. You will have a proven track record within outbound recruitment sales, client visits and business conversion. The role will involve generating leads and new business, targeted on quality and number of calls made, the number of meetings arranged and revenue generated and will include:· Liaising with the team to determine which clients they wish to work with.· Understanding the competitor marketplace and future opportunities available.· Canvassing prospective major clients to promote the business.· Growing existing customer database from proactive sales.· Canvassing customers and potential customers.· Preparing supplier agreements and proposals.Key Skills:· Targeted B2B sales track record.· Excellent communication and listening skills.· Confidence in dealing with people on all levels with a professional and friendly manner.· A history of building strong, long term client relationships.· A positive and tenacious attitude.· Organised and thorough, even under pressure.· Thrive working in a target driven environment.· A full clean driving licence.· Recruitment Industry experience is essential for this role.In return, you will benefit from an open-ended career path and excellent commission whilst having full flexibility within an autonomous environment.Recruitment / Business Development / Recruiter / Consultant / BDM / Sales Manager Required skills
