Job Description

SEEKING: Business Analyst for a growing luxury holiday company in South Yorkshire.Approach: Primarily office based but there is some flexibility with hybrid working.Salary: £35,000 DOE plus Training, Progression, and BenefitsDo you want to join an ambitious company making waves within the Travel IndustryResponsibilities:

  • Establishing and embedding a culture of Continuous Improvement across the Leger and Shearings businesses
  • Engage with other functional stakeholders to consider improvements/initiatives impacts.
  • Coordinate and work closely with functional lead, project team members, and local business users to translate requirements into functional capabilities and technical solutions.
  • Follow defined technology and business process best practices for each delivery, influencing cross-functional collaboration and coordination in solving business/solution problems.
  • Design an ongoing support model for service/solutions, considering all aspects of people, process, data, and technology, and support Department Heads to cost the model.
  • Working with Developers to understand new releases/upgrades required and assessing when and how to implement them.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced Business Analysis role
  • Demonstrable experience in running/managing business process/analysis workshops
  • Evidence of creating business process/analysis maps and recommendations for change
  • A strong advocate for the function or the wider business when identifying the impact of risk
  • Comfortable in presenting at the Executive or Senior Stakeholder level
  • Business process analysis and modeling skills
  • Matrix management skills in working with the delivery team and senior stakeholders across the business
