  • A full-time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week
  • Demand Planning plays a vital role in generating timely forecasts ensuring our products are available to all markets when required. The forecasts require review and collaboration from key stakeholders to reach a consensus and to be as accurate as possible,to minimize stock outs and over stocks. This role will be working as part of a small team which delivers a demand forecast to the Assessment and Qualifications business. You will be required to work closely alongside other Demand Planners, supporting theireveryday responsibilities with the end goal of ensuring a smooth delivery of products to a broad customer base in UK and globally.
Your Primary Responsibilities
  • You will work as part of the team to maintain and enrich the UK and Global Schools forecast using our forecasting software
  • Liaise with the Product teams, Finance, Sales and Marketing to capture new publishing, promotions & general sales expectations, and then translate the subsequent impact to the volume forecasts
  • Work closely with manufacturing and inventory teams to ensure continuity of supply
  • Provide support with queries on possible data anomalies and requests
  • Support Demand Planners with specific data and analytics requests and duties, using Excel in the main
Our Successful CandidateYou have good organizational & communication skills with ability to remain calm under pressure. Our ideal candidate has strong Microsoft Excel skills and has good attention to detail and ability to analyst data. You have strong belief in delivering resultsas part of a team and is self-motivated and forward thinking.
