Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently working in partnership with a reputable manufacturing business, based in the Rotherham area, as a rare & exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Management Accountant to join their teamon a full time, permanent basis!Main duties of the Assistant Management Accountant:*Pulling together weekly/monthly management accounts*Produce monthly balance sheet account reconciliations*Variance analysis*Budgeting and forecasting*Supporting wider business with project work*Accruals, prepayments, journals etc. *KPI reporting*Stakeholder management *Work collaboratively with the wider finance team to ensure that the month end, year-end, forecasting and budget processes timetables are adhered toPerson specification:*Experience of working within a similar role*Oracle experience (or use of large ERP system)*Strong Excel (knowledge of pivot tables, v look ups etc.)*Strong communication skills - interaction with non-finance people / ability to provide financial information in a way others will understand and build strong relationships*Self-motivated and use of initiative If you would feel that you have the relevant experience to be considered for this position, please apply today!
